Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the same day of booking.
- Cancellation requests may not be entertained if:
- The booking is for a non-refundable rate.
- The cancellation is made on or after the check-in date.
- The booking has already been confirmed and arrangements (such as room preparation or third-party services) have been initiated.
Non-Cancellable Bookings
- Bookings for special packages, peak-season stays, or promotional offers may be non-cancellable and non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
- No cancellations will be accepted for last-minute bookings (same-day check-in) once confirmed.
Refunds for Quality Concerns
- If the room or services do not match website details or basic quality standards, the issue must be reported to the Guest Relations team on the same day of check-in.
- After internal verification, compensation, change of room, or refund may be offered, subject to management discretion.
Damages or Deficiencies
- Report any damages or deficiencies in room amenities immediately upon check-in.
- Hotel staff will verify the issue and take necessary action accordingly.
Third-party Bookings and Warranty Services
- Bookings made via third-party platforms must follow the cancellation and refund policy of that specific platform.
- For in-room products with manufacturer warranties, guests should contact the manufacturer directly for support.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days to the original payment method.
